It’s easy this time of year to fall off the wagon of health. January can sometime become drab and mundane as we realise those New Year resolutions are actually a lot harder than we anticipated. There is a lasting hope though. Look at any of the dvd’s or magazines on the shelves and get yourself motivated whilst constantly considering the end goal.

The best bit of advice is to get outside! On a recent walk during one of the crisp winter mornings we got outside with a camera and took time to enjoy the beautiful Warwickshire countryside whilst mixing a little bit of Yoga. Great fun and utterly liberating, highly recommended.
