​Just over twelve months ago I took a tumble skiing and badly damaged my knee. The injury resulted in me wearing a full leg brace for three months followed by intense physiotherapy. It has been a long sometimes frustrating road to recovery but here I am on two legs practising Surya Namaskar. Yoga has helped me be patient with my recovery and given my body time to heal, I still have a way to go but practice makes perfect, why not roll out your mat and join me in my home video saluting the sun.
