- Pregnancy yoga class for mums to be to rest, relax and reconnect
- Asana (posture) practise stretches out achy muscles and releases tension, especially in the lower back
- Strength is increased which helps the body carry the extra weight of the baby
- Helps improve lymphatic drainage and circualtion
- Improves sleep patterns
- Prepares the mother for birth by increasing her strength, stamina and breathing
- Allows for quicker post-natal recovery

What do I need to bring?
- Wear comfortable layers
- Water
- A cusion/pillow
- A blanket for relaxation
- Please bring your own mat.
