  • Pregnancy yoga class for mums to be to rest, relax and reconnect
  • Asana (posture) practise stretches out achy muscles and releases tension, especially in the lower back
  • Strength is increased which helps the body carry the extra weight of the baby
  • Helps improve lymphatic drainage and circualtion
  • Improves sleep patterns
  • Prepares the mother for birth by increasing her strength, stamina and breathing
  • Allows for quicker post-natal recovery

What do I need to bring?

  • Wear comfortable layers
  • Water
  • A cusion/pillow
  • A blanket for relaxation
  • Please bring your own mat.
